2. Return Conditions  
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.  
- All original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be intact.  
- Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not be eligible for return.  

3. Non-Returnable Items  
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance may not be eligible for return unless damaged.  

4. Return Approval Process  
- Once we receive your request with valid proof, our team will review it.  
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.  
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.  

5. Refunds  
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.  
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.  

6. Shipping Charges  
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.  
- In case of damaged or defective products, return shipping may be covered by us (if applicable).  

7. Cancellation Policy  
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.  
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy.

- Krizza Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or banks during the refund process.
