WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Krizza currently ships within India only.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Orders are typically dispatched within 30 days from order confirmation. For made-to-order or customised jewellery, dispatch timelines are finalised in consultation with our design team and communicated upon order acceptance.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We provide Free Shipping across India.
IS MY ORDER INSURED DURING TRANSIT?
Yes. All orders are insured until successful delivery at the address provided at checkout.
WHEN DOES RISK TRANSFER TO THE CUSTOMER?
Risk and responsibility for the product pass to you upon successful delivery. Any concerns regarding damage or defects must be reported in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER DISPATCH?
No. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be redirected or modified.
WILL IDENTIFICATION BE REQUIRED AT DELIVERY?
Yes. Orders will be handed over only to the intended recipient. In case the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be delivered to an authorised person or rescheduled, subject to the delivery partner's policies and the customer's prior approval. For security reasons, our logistics partners may require a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
WHAT IF KRIZZA CANCELS MY ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH?
If Krizza cancels an order prior to dispatch, any payment received will be refunded in full to the original mode of payment.
For more details, please refer to Krizza's Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, which works together with these terms. In case of any inconsistency, the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy will apply.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We aim to dispatch all orders within 30 days from the date of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Currently, each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
If you believe that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery before accepting the package. Please contact our helpdesk at [your phone number] or email us at [your email], mentioning your order reference number. We shall do our best to resolve the matter at the earliest.
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to produce any of the following photo IDs at the time of delivery:

Driving Licence
Aadhaar Card
Our customer service team may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
INSURANCE
Krizza insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift), then you accept a signature by them as well as their photo ID as evidence of delivery.
